1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ImageTools service at imagetools.v2stack.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

ImageTools is a free online tool that allows users to compress JPEG, PNG, and WebP images. The Service operates entirely client-side, meaning:

• All image processing happens in your browser
• Images are not uploaded to our servers
• No files are stored or transmitted
• The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the images you process using the Service. We claim no ownership or rights to your images.

Our Content: The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, code, design, and branding, is owned by ImageTools and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, NOR DO WE WARRANT THAT ANY CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR OF HIGH QUALITY.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, V2STACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL V2STACK'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF $100 (ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ImageTools and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We may also add or remove features and functionalities, change pricing, or impose limits on certain features at our sole discretion.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please discontinue using the Service.

13. Miscellaneous

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
