No Guarantees on Results: Compression results vary based on image content, format, and settings. We make no guarantees about:

You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for verifying compressed images meet your needs before using them.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, V2STACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This includes, without limitation, damages for:

• Image quality issues or corruption
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Errors, bugs, or malfunctions
• Third-party actions or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE (WHICHEVER IS LESS).

Since the Service is free, this effectively limits our liability to zero except where prohibited by law. Some jurisdictions don't allow liability limitations, so this may not apply to you.

7. Indemnification
